REST OF THE COUNTRY: The price is based on the weight / volume of the order and is calculated at checkout.

Carriers and delivery times:

Mexico City: 1 - 6 business days. CANUTO own delivery or 99minutos.com

REST OF THE COUNTRY: 3 - 8 business days depending on the destination. Parcel: Redpack, Estafeta or Fedex.

Returns and exchanges:

No returns

All changes must be made within the first 10 natural days of the date the order was delivered and the product (s) must be in the original condition in which they were delivered.

In Mexico City, it is the client's responsibility to go to our office at Av. Ejercito Nacional 884 int. 604 Polanco, to make the change. (Please notify in advance - phone. (55) 5162 6926 or email us to ventas@canuto.com.mx).

In other states, it is the client's responsibility to cover the shipping costs required to make the change, email us to ventas@canuto.com.mx to be able to advise you correctly.
